My name is Geoffrey Kurtz and I am, among other things, a political theorist, community college professor, and writer (these days, mostly of essays and book reviews).
This is my public notebook, a repository for certain kinds of in-between writing: small thoughts that seem worth sharing, tangents from my larger projects, efforts to articulate things that I might take for granted when writing in a private notebook.
